Low carb shrimp salad

Ingredients

  • 7 oz cooked shrimp  (I prefer wild-caught shrimp cold water salad shrimp) if you can't find cooked salad shrimp you can certainly use raw shrimp and cook it)
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche  or sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Simply mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl except the shrimp making a salad dressing. 
  • Once mixed then add in shrimp to the rest of the ingredients, chill for an hour, and serve!!
  • You can enjoy it right away but it's even better the next day
